RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our Commitment At Lumi Crystal, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging (gift box included)
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items damaged due to misuse, dropping, or improper handling
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Customized or personalized orders
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at dengyunrui48@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item (required for damaged or defective claims)
Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item
Exchanges We offer free exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you would like a different color or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
